Real Olympic athletes, including J...。在这个多数猫咪身穿可爱服饰的世界里，作为学生会委员而活跃在某个学园的3只角色猫的喜剧动画。学生会长翅膀、副会长小拓、以及秘书兼会计的小畠相互吐槽、过着悠闲自在却又打打闹闹的生活。这是一部由映像Chisey与声优事务所ken production共同制作的原创系列动画。。一幢即将清拆的旧楼内，住着一群老街坊，各有不同背景，大都是草根市民。而这幢旧楼正被大地产商看中，计划将之收购重建，故派遣手下向各住户威迫利诱迫迁。各街坊为着得到更优厚的赔偿，各怀私心，抱着强硬态度与地产商对抗，发生连串激烈纠纷，但当中亦使两家斗气冤家化敌为友，同舟共济，面对困难。。
