This popular animated television cartoon featured two Stone Age families, the Flintstones and their neighbors, the Rubbles. Much of the humor was based on its comic portrayals of modern conveniences, reinterpreted using Stone Age 'technology.' Most notably were their cars, complete with absence of floorboards to allow them to be 'foot-powered.'。隨着當局致力推動北部都會區發展，同時逐步開放沙頭角禁區，市民亦可更深入認識新界北部的面貌。 「巴打」陳浚霆、曾展望、焦浩軒組團出遊，跟隨「地膽」梁敏巧，一探沙頭角內香港現存最大的唐樓群，認識擁有獨特歷史的中英街，品嚐客家美食，並與居民玩問答遊戲。 沙頭角碼頭正式對外開放，也便利遊客乘船前往荔枝窩，以及鴨洲、吉澳等小島。節目揭開鴨洲的珍貴自然地貌、吉澳的人文風景，還會走進荔枝窩的客家古村，感受鄉郊風情。。
