该电影以科技创新大本营华强北为背景，展现五位年轻人创业过程中的困难与成长。故事起源于商业大佬林有成出资500万招募创客团队为儿子制造“童年玩伴”——智能陪伴型机器人，许开作为林有成创业初期的好友向他争取到了这个机会，并招募了华强北电子元器件百事通“快狗”余快、科技怪才江潮、海龟精英女性Christina组成创客团队研发机器人。研发机器人的过程中，几人绞尽脑汁终于自主研发出了串联舵机克服了技术难题，却被外国公司以侵犯专利权为由告上了法庭，林有成也借机让他们停止研制……。深深海基地被传说中海怪袭扰启动了抓捕计划，逗号却发现海怪其实只是一只可爱的小龙，在逗号和小伙伴的不懈努力下，大家终于化解了海怪的误解，并让小龙和龙妈妈重聚。。Ricky, Julian and Bubbles bring their trailer park humor out onto the stage for a night of liquor, schemes and an intoxicated acting demo.
