影片改编自朝鲜民间传统小说《兴夫传》，该小说与《沈清传》、《春香传》并称朝鲜三大古典名著。讲述朝鲜宪宗年间，兴夫(郑宇饰)与贵族赵赫(金柱赫饰)帮助贫困百姓的故事。。故事围绕一枚被遗落在捷运车厢里的订婚戒指展开。原本应该是奕之向丽莎求婚的浪漫日子，但戒指却被奕之弄丢了，求婚计划可能因而被打乱，寻回戒指的过程中，他们开始重新审视爱情对彼此的意义到底是什么？另一方面，这枚戒指也开始流浪在这个城市中，随着捷运匆匆穿梭，经过一站又一站，也串起一段又一段的爱情故事。。Gwen, a director of television commercials, has mapped out her life in an attempt to be in control.
